I get the feeling that this type of culture is influencing our world too much. The characters on Private Practice cannot seem to go a second without complaining about the opposite sex. It makes it seem like everyone has to be involved in a complicated relationship. I noticed that the show then used medical emergencies right before a commercial break to keep the watcher hooked. Also, the women in the show are all relatively bitchy and stuck up. They play an extreme "hard-to-get" when it comes to the men in the show. I am starting to notice more teenagers, younger than me, are taking that show and making it into reality, and it bothers me. I do not look forward to another episode. I would rather watch a documentary without any personal conflict.

Not So Private Drama
My initial reaction to hearing the words "Private Practice" was a slight cringe. I have never watched an episode or any other show like it before, but I knew exactly what was coming my way. Drama, drama, some medical emergencies, and drama. The episode started off with a medical issue about a surrogate mother carrying triplets. It pulled me in because I was truly interested in the medical portion. Then it broke off into the personal drama between co-workers, and I immediately turned my nose up.
