The Racial Draft (a.k.a. Separate America)

While watching The Racial Draft, some can't help but laugh at the stereotypes presented. But what should happen afterwards is people should come to a realization of what is going on. An example from the clip was that the "African American Team" chose Tiger Woods, therefore making him fully black rather than half black and half Asian. The message I got from that was everyone has to choose which stereotype they want to be. They can't mix with others. America is supposed to be the "melting pot." How can it be a melting pot when everyone has to be in separate stereotypes?
All of the characters exaggerated the stereotype and those have almost become the norm for some of us. Some people will think that that's how the stereotype or the specific group actually acts. In the clip, the Latinos had a really exaggerated accent and overdone makeup, when really, they aren't like that at all. Someone in the class raised her hand and said that she is a little offended by it because that's not how she acts at all. It's easy to look over the political standings and points because we all laugh instead, but if this continues, it's going to keep our "culture" separated when we should be joined together.
